Cultural Mandates

The concept of establishing Cultural Mandates is intended to be a statement of fundamental principles expressed as a vision for how we want the company to operate on a day-to-day basis. This statement will define, as a minimum, expectations concerning legal, ethical and prudent limits about how outcomes are achieved. Unless required more frequently, Minerva Engineering’s Board of Directors will establish and review these mandates and communicate them to Executive Management on an annual basis.
