Donald W. Holmes

Mr. Holmes, a former US Air Force Officer, is a Minerva Engineering Principle, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. As CEO, he is active in all of the company's management functions and has the principal responsibility for day-to-day business operations management and company-wide business development. As an organizational and engineering manager, Mr. Holmes has been engaged in extensive hands-on engineering and management for over twenty-five years with the majority of those years involving direct experience specifying, developing, and/or maintaining large-scale commercial and military space and telecommunication systems.
