Chief Financial Officer / Contracts Manager
Lori Heath
Lori L Heath is a member of the Executive Management Team. She currently supports
two roles in the company as Chief Financial Officer and Contracts Manager. As the
Chief Financial Officer she is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial
reporting, annual budget preparation/monitoring and audit liaison for multiple agencies,
as required, as well as proposal pricing and job cost accounting. As the Contracts
Manager, Lori's primary responsibilities are for proposal preparation, submission
and contracts administration. Lori has been doing government accounting and contracting
for 29 years. Prior to joining Minerva Engineering Lori was an independent consultant
focusing on helping small businesses implement government compliant accounting systems
