Systems Engineers

Position Description

Minerva Engineering is currently accepting resumes from both qualified Mid-Level Systems Engineers with four to ten years experience and Senior Systems Engineers with more than ten years experience utilization in the development of large scale systems for both commercial and military customers. Previous communication network systems and/or space systems(commercial and/or military) experience is a definite plus. A successful candidate will have a BS in engineering or one of the hard sciences. Familiarity and understanding of the Software Engineering Institutes Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM) for Systems Engineering is desired. The position emphasizes requirements development, understanding customer needs, documentation development (specifications, SRSs, ICDs, etc.), systems analysis, modeling and simulation and interface with test and evaluation teams. Knowledge of PC-based modeling tools (Silverrun, Extend, etc.) is a plus.
