Minerva Engineering Announces the Launch of Athena Technical Services, a Strategic Sourcing Organization

Minerva Engineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) has launched Athena Technical Services, a strategic sourcing business area designed to facilitate the staffing needs of customers around the world.

Athena Technical Services will provide Strategic Sourcing Services, Consulting Services, Staff Augmentation and Outsourcing Services to a broad-based clientele, both nationally and internationally.

Athena Technical Services will offer Solution Services in areas such as, but not limited to, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking Engineering/Security, Systems Architecture, Enterprise Software Customization/Implementation and Training, Telecommunications and Programming.

Leading Athena Technical Services is Bill Megneys, a 20 year veteran of the strategic sourcing and staffing world. Bill’s broad range of experience and industry knowledge make him ideally suited to lead this new organization. Minerva Engineering’s President, Robert La Bella, recently commented on Athena Technical Services, saying “The services that Athena will offer recognizes that today’s business market requires significant help staffing open positions in addition to Minerva Engineering’s traditional support via subcontract.
