Minerva Engineering Receives ISO 9001 Quality Certification

Tempe, Arizona - May 15, 2009

Minerva Engineering, Inc, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, today announced that it has received an ISO 9001-2000 certification. This distinction means that an independent evaluation has certified Minerva Engineering's quality control and manufacturing processes.  As a result of this certification, Minerva Engineering has been assessed and deemed to comply with the provisions of I.S. EN ISO 9001:2000 in “design, development and production specializing in systems engineering, software engineering and hardware integration and prototyping for Space Systems and C4ISR tactical systems and components.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an international committee that has compiled sets of rules or regulations for the way companies operate and for the records they keep on their manufacturing and service processes. By following a set of rules, a company helps ensure that it consistently produces quality products and provides quality services, and that products are produced the same way, every time. This assures customers that they can depend on getting the same-quality product now and in the future. Minerva Engineering chose National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) as their registrar.
