Minerva Engineering Announces New Contract with
The Boeing Company for Engineering Services Supporting the Joint Tactical Radio
System (JTRS)
Phoenix, Arizona - November 10, 2003
Minerva Engineering today announced that it has been selected to participate in
Boeing's JTRS Cluster I development effort. Minerva Engineering will be providing
support in the area of software engineering and interface design.
"This represents a big step for us", said, Don Holmes, CEO for Minerva Engineering.
"This work with Boeing represents a basis for further expansion in the region and
with the Boeing Company. We've been working hard to cultivate a strong relationship
with Boeing leadership in a number of different areas and are at this moment discussing
teaming relationships on other programs and proposals."
Robert La Bella, President and Director of Systems Programs for Minerva Engineering,
offered this insight: "Minerva Engineering believes that solid business relationships
begin with people relating to other people in a way that allows everyone to achieve
their goals. We've been working hard to understand Boeing's engineering needs and
business motivations and believe that our ability to quickly satisfy some of their
near-term needs will result in additional collaboration in the future."
